The System includes a unique raking system attached to a portable vacuum cleaner, which rakes out the old mortar to a depth of approx 25 to 30 mm while keeping dust to a minimum.
The new mortar is then injected into the joint thoroughly with the mechanised mortar gun using the Quikpoint mortar products to the required finish.
When the new Quickpoint mortar product is dry the brick work is cleaned with acid and a high pressure water brick cleaning system.
